Comparion to TreeQsm
You can download the result table of field volumes and QSM predicted volumes produced with the scripts uploaded in the Download section for desctructive ground truth comparison to tree Qsm with the following R script.
In figure (a) we can see the results of SimpleForest Tapering, simpleForest Reverse Pipe Branch Order and TreeQsm Tapering approaches.
SimpleForest Reverese Pipe Branch Order performs best.
In figure (b) we see SimpleForest tapering results, but only those QSMs for which the volume is close to the volume of TreeQsm Tapering approach. This means
we can filter the two worse predictions with each other.
